Tom Ward the Tax Preparer
I was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma in June 1955. I have lived in Oklahoma all of my life except for a six month period when my family moved to California. I attended elementary schools in Tulsa, Oklahoma and entered Horace Mann Junior High school. In 1970 I enrolled in Tulsa Central High School graduating in the fall of 1973.
I continued my education at Oklahoma Junior College where I earned an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Business Administration. I attended Langston University at the University Center of Tulsa, and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies.
I hold certificates from several Tax preparation schools including Federated Tax Service, H & R Block Tax School, and Liberty Tax School. I have worked as a tax preparer for over 10 years and have handled a number of complex tax situations quite well.
I have several certificates of completion, Certificates of Graduation; Certificates of Accomplishment form various Bible Correspondence schools. I am the founder of Warrior Ministries of Oklahoma, and the author of The Enemy Within which was released in January 2005. I am currently working of my second book, Outposts of Hell or Portals to Heaven, which will be released in 2006. I am a member of the Tulsa Night Writers and a member of the Oklahoma Writers Federation.
I am a Notary Public for Tulsa County State of Oklahoma. I currently serve as an Inspector for the Tulsa County Election board and have served in that Capacity for several years. On November 10, 1989 I was appointed as Special Assistant to the Governor by then Acting Governor Rodger Randall.
My hobbies include writing, genealogy research, sign language and music. I have been active in promoting Southern Gospel music and have worked with local, regional, and national artist. I am a member of the Western Cherokee Tribe of Arkansas and Missouri.
